Site Supervision & Project Management — Per Month

For a client running their own build and needing somebody on site who knows what to look for. A supervisor attends every working day, checks deliveries against the schedule before they are offloaded, keeps the labour on programme and reports weekly with photographs. Includes attendance at any inspection your engineer or the planning authority calls. Billed monthly in advance and cancellable with two weeks' notice.
