Setting Out & Foundation Excavation — Per Plot

The first week of a build, priced on its own. The building is set out from your approved drawing using profile boards and a levelling instrument, corners are squared and checked by diagonal, and trenches are dug to the depth the structural engineer specified. Excavated spoil is levelled within the plot; carting away is charged at the tipper rate if you would rather it left. Suits a client who wants a competent start before taking the rest of the build in stages.
