Block laying charged by the square metre of finished wall, for a client buying their own materials. Includes mixing mortar, laying to line and level, forming door and window openings to the drawing, and building in lintel bearings. Scaffolding for work above 2.4 metres is included. Quantities are measured on site with you before the first course goes down, and again at completion, so the figure paid is the figure built.
