All pipework chased, run and tested before plastering — two bathrooms, a kitchen and an external tap point. Hot and cold supply in PPR, soil and waste in uPVC to the inspection chamber. The whole installation is pressure-tested at 10 bar and held for an hour with the client present, and every buried run is photographed against a tape measure so a future leak can be found without breaking three walls to look for it. Materials are quoted separately or supplied by you.
